What it costs

Two parts. Your room, which you book and pay with the hotel. And the teaching, which you pay to us.

Every room looks over the sea. Five of them are deluxe, for €50 more per person; ask for one on the form. Sharing is for couples and friends coming together.

Five nights at Ios Palace Hotel & Spa, above Milopotas beach.

Food

Breakfast and dinner every day.

Practice

Morning and evening in the stone theatre: breath with Katerina, asana, meditation and japa with Ryan. Indoors if it rains.

The hotel

The pool, the spa, and Milopotas beach at your feet.

Not included

Getting to Ios, lunch, wine, tips.

How booking works

1. Now

   Fill in the form below. It holds your place and shows you where to send the deposit. Nothing is charged.

2. Within a week

   Send the €200 deposit by bank transfer, with your reference. It is part of the teaching fee, not on top of it.

3. When it arrives

   We send you the hotel's private booking link. Book your room through it by 10 February, when the group rate ends. The hotel's own payment and cancellation terms come with your booking.

4. 15 December

   We confirm the retreat is going ahead.

5. 20 April

   The rest of the teaching fee, €259, is due.

6. 20 May

   Ios. Dinners are paid at the hotel when you arrive.

If plans change

• If we cancel the retreat, everything you have paid us comes back.
• If you cancel before 20 April, you lose the €200 deposit and owe nothing more.
• If you cancel after paying the balance, it comes back only if someone takes your place.
• Your room is between you and the hotel, on the hotel's terms.
